  1. TRANSACTION PROCESS

  • Step 1: Find the products that you want to buy

  • Step 2: Check the product description including price, if you agree to buy, click on “add to cart” button.

  • Step 3: At Shopping Cart, click the “Continue” to proceed to order

  • Step 4: Complete the purchase information and confirm the order.

If you are using an ATM card or Visa, Mastercard credit card, you can make the payment by clicking "Pay online (ATM, VISA, MASTER)" and follow the instructions of the bank or payment service providers.

  • Step 5: After receiving the order, UCC will contact the buyer via provided information using our hotline 028 2253 8572 or the phone number starting with 090 to verify the order information.

  • Step 6: Our shipping partners will take responsibility for delivering ordered items directly to customers.

  • With pre-order campaigns, customers can place orders easily by selecting the product, quantity and proceed to the payment step. You are not required to register or create a shopping cart to proceed with the order.

 

  1. PAYMENT PROCESS

Buyers may refer to the following payment methods and choose to apply the appropriate method:

Option 1: Cash on Delivery (COD)

Step 1: Buyer find out the products and services information displayed on the website;

Step 2: Place an order.

Step 3: UCC confirms the order (via phone).

Step 4: UCC processes the order and shipping;

Step 5: Buyer receives goods and pays in cash.

 

Option 2: Online payment via credit card or bank transfer

Step 1: Buyer find out the products and services information displayed on the website

Step 2: Place an order.

Step 3: Buyer makes an online payment via credit cards or online banking services.

Step 4: UCC confirms the order (via phone).

Step 5: UCC processes the order and shipping;

Step 6: Buyer receives paid products.

For pre-order products, customers are required to pay 100% of the order value via online banking services in advance.

 

  1. SHIPPING POLICIES

UCC always tries to provide the best shipping services at a competitive price for all orders made on our website. We support nationwide delivery with specific policies as follow:

Delivery fee: can be adjusted according to time or specific marketing campaign. Below are the latest shipping fees applied by Jillian from March 12, 2020:

- Free ship to all regions nationwide for orders with total value equals to or more than VND 500,000.

- A shipping fee of VND 30,000 is applied to all regions nationwide for orders with a total value under VND 500,000.

(Total value of an order is the total value of products in the order after the application of promotions or discount coupons, if any).

Delivery time: we will inform the delivery time to customers while confirming the order (by phone). Please refer the following shipping time frames:

- For urban areas of Ho Chi Minh City (District 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7. 8. 10. 11, Binh Thanh, Go Vap, Tan Binh, Tan Phu, and Phu Nhuan): orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays).

- For suburban areas of Ho Chi Minh City (District 9, 12, Thu Duc, Binh Tan, Binh Chanh, Hoc Mon, Nha Be, Cu Chi, Can Gio) and other provinces/cities outside Ho Chi Minh City: orders are processed and shipped in 3-5 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays).

We use the delivery services of prestigious partners such as Speedlight, Viettelpost, Vnpost, giaohangnhanh, giaohangtietkiem.

  1. RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICIES

Due to the nature of the products, we only accept exchange and return of delivered product in the following cases:

a. Product defects

  a.1. The bottle pumps cannot be used. The fragrance is fully kept intact.

  a.2. The button pumps do not work well. The used fragrance is less than 50 percent.

  a.3. The liquid in the bottle leaks out

b. The expiration date is less than 3 months upon the receipt

c. Incorrect shipment : wrong product code or quantity

4.1. Product return or exchange instructions:

a. For case a: Buyers need to retain the original packaging, the defect products, and the invoice.

b. For cases b and c: The box seal must not be broken and the shape of the bottle is undeformed. Buyers are also required to keep the invoice

c. Time for conducting product exchange or return is a maximum of 5 days upon receipt.

4.2. Contacts for product exchang or return

a. Direct:

- At UCC’s offices (Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city) in working hours.

- UCC and Customer will co-perform inspection to confirm the causes and determine the exchange situation.

b. By post:

- The customer resends goods by post to UCC at the above addresses. The returned products need to be wrapped carefully to avoid any damage or shortage during ship. All expenses incurred for this process if below or equal to VND 40,000 will be borne by UCC, otherwise, those expenses will be borne by the customer.

- The customer contacts hotline 028 2253 8572 for the product exchange or return request after making sure that UCC has received the returned product. We will check the return or exchange conditions and respond to the customer within 7 working days upon receipt of returned products.

Time for making a request for product exchange/return: maximum 5 days upon receipt of ordered goods.
